Clinic Terms & conditions
Welcome. We hope to accompany you on an amazing journey at Dr L’Art. Please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions prior to your treatment. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
We welcome both appointments and walk-ins. Patients under the age of 18 are required to have consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to undergoing any consultation, treatment, or medical/aesthetic procedure.
Consultations with our aestheticians are £25. Appointments with our medical team (doctors, nurses, and pharmacists) require a £50 redeemable deposit, which can be used towards any treatment within 3 months of your appointment.
Deposits are calculated at £50 per 30-minute appointment slot. For example, a 1-hour appointment requires a £100 deposit, and a 2-hour appointment requires a £200 deposit.
For selected treatments, including CO₂ laser and Ultherapy, a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day.
We appreciate your understanding and support in allowing us to provide a seamless and dedicated experience for all our clients.
All bookings are subject to our cancellation & rescheduling policy.
CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a £50 late cancellation fee will apply.
For changes made with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain securely on your account. A new deposit will be required to confirm your rescheduled appointment, while any existing balance will remain available for future treatments.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
We ask you to kindly arrive on time for your appointments to allow the full amount of time required for treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply the rescheduling policy.
In line with medico legal legislation, we store clinical photographs of our patients as part of record keeping. We reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you refuse to have your photographs taken.
Children are welcome at our clinic. However, you must have a childminder with the child at all times as our team is not able to childmind. We do not take any responsibilities for adverse events on our premise.
Pets are not permitted at our clinic as we have no facility to accommodate pets.
FOLLOW UP
All patients must wait a minimum period of 2 weeks after filler treatment before having a review. This is to allow side effects such as swelling and bruising to subside.
All patients are advised to have their botulinum toxin review at 2 weeks. This is to allow botulinum toxin to take full effects. Regrettably, we will not be able to offer review or top-up after 2 weeks.
All patients are advised to have all other aesthetic reviews after 4 weeks. This is to allow side effects to subside and effects to develop.
We do not offer refunds on any retail products purchased.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with treatment, we kindly request you to attend a review appointment to discuss this with your practitioner.
FINANCE
We are pleased to offer flexible payment options, including Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment with ease and convenience.
Klarna is subject to approval and eligibility, and terms are set directly by the provider. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and assist with any questions during your visit.
